Avokadosorbetti tequilakermalla – avocado sorbet with tequila cream

Tässä aikuisten jälkiruuassa on potkua! Pehmeä avokadon maku yhdistettynä tequilayllätykseen kerman seassa on herkullinen. Idea löydetty karppaus.info sivustolta.

Ainekset (neljälle)

4 kypsää avokadoa
Puolikas kurkku
3rkl ruskeaa sokeria
4rkl sitruunamehua
1,5dl kuohukermaa
Loraus tequilaa

Oh yes, this dessert for the grown-ups has some serious kick to it! The smooth fruity taste of the avocado sorbet combined with the surprise of the tequila in the whipped cream is wonderful. Not too heavy, but absolutely delicious! The idea comes from a Finnish food site, karppaus.info.

Ingredients (for 4 people)

4 ripe avocados
Half a cucumber
3 tsp of brown sugar
4 tbsp of lemon juice
1½ dl of whipped cream
A dollop of tequila
Lemon balm leaves

Split the avocados, remove the seed and cut them into small pieces. Wash the cucumber, and cut it into small pieces as well. Puree the avocado, cucumber, brown sugar and the lemon juice with a blender.

Put the mixture into a bowl and let it solidify in the freezer for about 4 hours. Do not let it freeze completely.

Whip the cream and spice it up with tequila and some lemon juice. Remember to check the taste.

When the sorbet is solid, but still soft, it is done. Serve it in pretty bowls with the tequila cream and decorate with some lemon balm leaves. Enjoy!
